Shipping policy

All items are sent via standard road freight, and any additional freight services will be the customer's responsibility.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the location within the UAE, but most deliveries are made within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive your order.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, products will be delivered to the address specified in your order confirmation. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card for you to arrange a suitable delivery time or collect it from a nearby distribution center. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details via email. You can use these details to track your package online. If you do not receive the tracking email, please contact us at info@rival4x4mea.com.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take great care in packing our products securely, but shipping damage may still occur. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product packaging for any damage upon receipt. If you notice damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. If the damage appears severe and you suspect the products inside are affected, you may refuse the delivery and not sign for the package.

Please inspect the product within 72 hours of delivery to ensure it is correct, undamaged, and all parts are included. If you find any damage, an incorrect item, or missing parts, please contact us at info@rival4x4mea.com with the delivery receipt and photos of the issue.

IMPORTANT: Verify that all items received are what you ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN it. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition.
