WARRANTY

Our products come with guarantees that comply with UAE consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major defect, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not qualify as a major defect.

This warranty is valid as long as the original purchaser owns the product. The warranty ends when the original purchaser sells or transfers the product to another person. All Rival 4x4 Middle East products being returned for warranty claims must include a copy of the original invoice. Each Rival 4x4 product must be installed according to the recommended installation procedures provided by Rival 4x4.

The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined in this warranty, Rival 4x4 Middle East will remedy any defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing the defective component(s) at its discretion, free of charge for parts or labor. Rival 4x4 Middle East may also, at its discretion, choose not to repair or replace a defective product and instead issue a refund to the purchaser.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, aesthetic changes such as surface oxidation, scratches, or the natural breakdown of coatings and materials over time, as well as commercial use, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, modifications, or any repairs made to a Rival 4x4 product.

Conditions beyond Rival 4x4 Middle East's control, such as misuse, exposure to high concentrations of salt or extreme pH levels, modifications, and failure to assemble, install, or use the product according to Rival 4x4's instructions, are not covered under this warranty.

The warranty provided by Rival 4x4 Middle East is in addition to the rights and remedies under UAE consumer protection laws.

If you encounter a defect in the product, please email info@rival4x4mea.com with the following details:

  1. Your name and contact information
  2. The original invoice or receipt
  3. The reason for the warranty claim
  4. The product code or name of the item being returned for repair or replacement
  5. Supporting photos of the defect
