Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
IMPORTANT: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. You must contact us for return authorization at info@rival4x4mea.com.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.
If the return is not due to an error by Rival 4x4, any shipping costs incurred by Rival 4x4 may be deducted from your refund. If you did not originally pay for shipping, the incurred shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. Once we receive the returned items, we will review them to ensure they are unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Your refund will then be processed, minus any applicable restocking fee.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To expedite the process, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and follow the returns process outlined above for the original item.
NOTE: The 10% restocking fee will be waived if the returned item is exchanged for another item of similar value.

Refunds
It generally takes 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive the package at our warehouse.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
